Would be great if Anuj could really quote what long term returns are! Long term returns are very low in flats. It is hardly 7-10% per annum. A generao statement on long term returns is vague.
The host does a good job asking questions but the guests are interrupted in the middle of their thought process a lot of times and we miss crucial information. It probably could be the editing too. Other than that, good job.

Honestly, of all the podcasts in this channel, this one is making sense. The guest’s inputs appeared to be neutral without possessing any vested interests unlike the previous ones who are developers/promoters and invariably pushing people to buy regardless of the market conditions.
Hi Mallik, out of the 5 episodes we had so far, only 2 of them were developers. No matter who our guest is, our intention is to be able to spread the right knowledge and information which will help our audience. Hence there was no sales based content.
