In hyderabad visit financial district, Gachibowli, Nanakramguda, Kokapet areas it will resemble like a Dubai city..
Very broad roads neat maintenance everywhere..
Most buildings,roads,flyovers all are under construction..
After 5 years Everything looks like we were in some foreign country..
I am a Bangalorean and visiting Jubilee-Banjara hills is my dream

The only good thing about the area are the fabulous houses, the roads are bad at many stretches and even some places don't have functioning street light

TTD has constructed Venkateswara Temple near Apollo Hospital. This temple is different from "Film Nagar Sannidanam".
It's just looks like normal area, Nothing special ! U better make videos of some areas in Bangalore and Mumbai (Bandra & Juhu) It feels like u are staying in Europe .

It didn't feel or look like an upmarket or posh locality... roads were so unkempt.. excessive pole wires ruined the presence further.. though lot size of some of the houses were good..

An apartment will cost you around 4 to 5 crores in jubilee hills. But compared to Bangalore Mumbai and Delhi it is reasonable price for such a central Hyderabad location
