i did what you show: opened cover and pointed multimeter to battery :))
but with no miracle

The bottom line is that using an external source, you have to increase the battery voltage enough for the tablet charger to accept it, and then it will charge with just the tablet charger. But watch out for the current, don't use more than 1 ampere.

Or this is just problem of deep zero discharge?

@@nalilata Only when the battery is deeply discharged and classic charging is not possible. If this happens frequently, it is necessary to replace the battery with a new one.
