Occupational hazard for dancers. Nearly all idols have bruised knees at comebacks, and sprained ankles, knees, hips, backs, or shoulders aren't uncommon. In many ways it is much like pro athletes in that you will likely have to know the difference between playing through pain and true injury that requires you to stop to be at a top level. Much like ball players, many idols are in rough physical shape as they get into their 30's and 40's, but for those who were in successful groups usually the rewards outweigh the drawbacks.

It could be that the ground was rough. It's not like they were wearing any protection on their knee during that dance move
@@jannah4550 Nearly all dancers have bruises and scrapes on their knees from practicing the choreo on the hardwood floor of the dance studio for weeks, and then from the concrete soundstage or plywood risers they are shooting the MV on or shooting music shows on. Wouldn't matter much whether one is skinny or heavy, repeated impacts of your knee with a hard surface is going to cause bruises or scrapes.
They’ve got izone yujin and wonyoung in the group ofc they’re gonna spend more money on their mvs cause they’re bringing more money. I don’t see the other groups getting the same amount of views as ive in such short time
