I went there on a Monday Morning and there were hardly any people around. Also by god grace, it was a sunny day and I could see and visualise the beauty of Lake Tahoe from Emerald Bay State Park
It was a nice trip in the morning and I came back after spending around a couple of hours there, It was cold but overall a beautiful park with scenic view or the Lake Tahoe.
I'll recommend you to visit this place if you're visiting Lake Tahoe. Do check weather conditions before you plan to visit.
