I have been through a lot in this life in the Marines in fallujah and as a paramedic in a city. There isn’t much in this life that softens my heart and actually brings a tears of joy to my heart as when I see a joyful baptism. Praise King Jesus!!!!
Christmas traditions have pagan roots so doing it is a sin: December 25th: Celebrated as the birthday of various pagan sun gods. Gift-giving: Encourages materialism, violating the 10th commandment against coveting. Christmas trees: Idolatrous symbols forbidden by the 2nd commandment (Jeremiah 10:1-5, Deuteronomy 16:21-22). Santa Claus: A false idol replacing God, breaking the 1st commandment. The Bible also condemns eating unclean meats like pork and shrimp, and warns against those who disregard the Sabbath: Isaiah 66:17: Those who eat unclean meats will face God's judgment. Mark 1: Yeshua's disciples prioritized following him over working on the Sabbath. Hebrews 3 & 4: Emphasize the importance of Sabbath-keeping by quoting Psalm 95. Isaiah 56 & Acts 8: Connect Sabbath observance with salvation. Isaiah 66:23-24: Links disregarding the Sabbath with eternal punishment.
@@ArgueWDelusionalChristiansYour screenname alone tells us everything we need to know about you. Who knew John The Baptist was “pagan”. I’ll stop there and I’ll even lower myself to debate and obviously misinformed and miserable person. Everything in your post has been shown time and time again in the past when people have made the same arguments that you are really twisting and reaching to make a connection where there is none. I find it refreshing actually that Christians replaced pagan ritual dates and brought truth to those dates. When your whole existence revolves around arguing and calling names like “delusional“, your life must be pretty miserable. I’ll pray for you and hopefully someday you’ll grow up.

@@honestgabe. So you gonna teach people to keep sabbath and repent form pork and christmas easter halloween isntad of just tolerating sunday church fables?
@@ArgueWDelusionalChristians I'll teach them what's important. Blood of Jesus Christ and that we must change our minds about sin. You cannot battle sin on your own. You need the blood of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ, the son of man given to us by God, the Father. He died on the cross not just to save us but because he loves us. We must adhere to his teachings and to walk in his light. For there is no good deeds from man alone. In my family, we celebrate Christmas as the birth of Jesus Christ. We give gifts to show our love for each other, but never let it take our focus off of Jesus. We can give gifts to each other and show each other how much we love one another through those gifts. We do not worship against him. We do not worship the Christmas tree. We do not worship the material things. We say our prayers before we eat. We give thanks for the breath in our lungs and the life that we have. Are you without sin to cast a stone upon me? My comment was about baptism.
I'm trying to find a church to join. In the meantime, I want to get baptized sooner than later, but I don't feel like I can just show up to a church and ask. Any suggestions?
Baptism isn’t a test it’s an acceptance of Jesus. Any biblical pastor will know this. So you absolutely can go in and say you’ve changed your life and want Jesus to be your whole future and want to be baptized.
I love to see the family and kingdom of God grow🙌Praise God, they are made new in Christ Jesus!
