Aside from live version on Jimmy Fallon tonight show, where there is absolutely no autotune, there is also a newly released Acoustic remix version where obviously there is also no autotune! There are though, many times where many are in disbelief that it’s actually Jimin’s voice even when there isn’t autotune. So I urge you to see the live as well as acoustic so you’ll know that perhaps indeed some certain parts of MV you might have thought auto tune was used when perhaps it wasn’t, though in beginning it definitely was a bit.️ 🙏👍❤️🔥🥰🤩🌟✨

As I mentioned, it is a so beautifully sincere tender, sentimental song for army to also comfort them, which was released 9 days after he entered the military, to comfort & reassure his fans that all BTS will be back and he’ll always have army in his heart. Most of the pop songs available in streaming platforms r using auto-tune. I saw most of the top charting artists r using auto-tune. Also, Jimin's vocal tone is very unique. Even if the producer uses minimal auto-tune, because of his high clear vocal, it sounds more. I think they go for the upbeat vibe for the main track. If u listen to the acoustic version, it's totally different. Also, he released the raw vocal version on insta.
Guys, please. I thought I had been clear and had specified it many times: PERSONAL TASTE, MY OWN OPINION. I want to be honest with you and say what I think. I don't like doing fake reactions (RUclips is full of those) and I have to say what I think. I love the song, but FOR MY PERSONAL TASTE, there's too much autotune and we all know how good Jimin is. Everyone is free to use autotune but that doesn't mean I have to like it. Throughout the video I praised the song and Jimin, but some of you focused on the one thing I wasn't crazy about about the song. Sometimes it's a little sad, especially when it comes to PERSONAL TASTE.

I don't know if it's just me, but I think autotune is part of the concept of the video that is in reverse, it's sounds like when you fast-forward or rewind a voice in certain way. Also there's a part of the video that says: audio calibration, and the intensity of the autotune decreases, so I think the autotune on this song is part of the general concept for the video. But I agree, it leaves you wanting the pure voice of Jimin 🫶 without modifications
