i think that's kind of my biggest critique about this video too is taht its too short /w the intro and outro its only about 2mins 15seconds or so. thre first minute ish until her rap is really really good, then it just kind of repeats and ends. needs to be longer!

Hwasa is my favorite solo artist! She can sing anything and all industry had admitted that she is the best singer in low notes! Her presentations on stage can also blow your mind! In group she is doing all the second voices.... only the really good voices can do that! And as group MMM remains the most talented famale group in kpop history!

There are a lot of groups with nice and even great songs. There is no one like Mamamoo. In most groups (almost all) you have 1 or 2 that actually can sing and the rest are there to fill up, to look pretty, to dance etc) but Mamamoo is the only group I know where each of the members aren't only good singers but on top of it are not just some puppets on a string. They are actively involved in creating songs, creating mv's, creating choreo and doing the things their way. The 4 of them together are the group of all time with the most writing/composing credits which for a big part is due to Moonstar who is reported to write everyone of her raps, including writing raps into songs they preform that aren't their own. In other words, Moonstar is in the top 5 of all time on the Korean song writing credit list. Here's another example of how special Mamamoo is. Hwasa is the member that is the slowest on picking up choreo or in other words, she is the worst dancer of them all. This means that 2020 Best Dance Performance Solo artist was awarded to her because of her dance in Maria, her self written song for which she is credited as being the vocalist, lyricist, composition, record producer, director not because she did all those solely by herself but because she had major input in all those fields.

Mamamoo, specifically solar is the whole reason Killing voice exists, it was originally killing verse for rappers and they changed it because solar wanted to do it 😂

There is actually a difference between the studio version vs the live version. Their live version is always better! This is why it’s always worth checking out their live performances.

Mamamoo loves to play with letter, number and word substitutions. Moonbyul's numerology in Gogobebe is basically an in joke with the fandom. Martin explained the basics but also note that 9 / 6, 6 19 is a palindrome with the slash becoming a 1 when reversed. Gogobebe is aka 9966 with 9 & 6 replacing g & b so her rap line could be numerically coded "9 / 6, 6 19, 9 / 6, 9966" and since Gogobebe means Go, Go, Baby (Let's Party!) the numerical phrase could be decoded as "Work, Debut, Work, Party," which is a shorthand way of saying "We've been working nonstop ever since we debuted and it's time to Par-tay!" You'll see this kind of clever playfulness with words and numbers show up in other songs like Hwasa's rap line "Me, me, 4 with the Sun" in their 2017 hit Yes I Am, which translates to "I love myself," and Moonbyul's solo song G999 which I won't explain since it won't make much sense until you listen to the song. :)

I very much enjoyed your reaction. I'll explain 9/6 6/19 in Gogobebe. The Korean workday is 9 to 6. They debuted on June 19 of 2014 so 6/19 is when they went to work. Your entirely right that they are very close to each other and they love they do. The stage is their playground. Covid was very hard for them since there were no live audiences (Dinga by the way is their Covid song about all the things they wish they could do).

Now you have to react to their MV's, Piano Man, Egoistic, Decalcomanie, windlfower, Hip, Aya, GoGobebe, .... and thats just the beginning then they all have Amazing solos!!!!

This was for their 2017 concert, named ‘Mamamoo Concert Moosical: Curtain Call’ They picked their version of the songs they sang during the show "IMMORTAL SONGS", performing an Eleven-Minute long medley in the middle of a Four-Hour long concert. Solar was upset with her last Belt, because she had to stop moving to finish it... crazy woman, love her.

Justice could be described as the counterpart to OOTD where they were playing the villain role (being the narcissistic and superficial influences), here they put an end to the crown that made people hurt each other and be greedy for power. Also Justice could be connected to so many other things in real life. There is a lot of backstory about the concepts of these last 2 comebacks, but one thing that was said is that there are parallel universes where you could be a totally different person. That could not only be related to this last 2 comebacks where they become the villains and then themselves from another universe are the heroes, it could also mean that their other storylines may be connected in some way, for example at the end we see 8 members when the group only has 7.... And for the promotions before the comeback they released a game that connected all storylines... I really wonder what the next step will be.

Thanks for checking out Justice! Looking forward to the album review, it's fantastic. The Versus duology is a parallel world series where the choices that Dreamcatcher makes are complete opposites. In OOTD they were the villains and the story that played out in the MV and the ARG behind the scenes was about Dreamcatcher sacrificing 100 people to the crown in order to obtain it and with it, Power. To me, it was a metaphor for being willing to sacrifice anything to chase fame, money, and power, even yourself. In Justice they're the Virtuous heroes who are willing to sacrifice themselves in order to save others. They're choosing to take the hard path and stay true to who they are and what they believe in, even if it means they're not as successful as they could be. On top of that, the song just hits harder right now with all that's going on in the world. It's an anthem, a rallying cry to stand up and fight for what's right, even if it costs you. A message that DC has touched on many times in their discography and one that mirrors their own struggles in the k-pop industry. Your comments on Freedom are definitely in line with this song as well and one of the b-sides, 2 Rings, uses a lot of metaphors for this specific idea. Aside from the album, they've got live showcases for Justice and 2 Rings. Since Siyeon is out they had some of the other members cover her parts and they did a fantastic job. There is also an It's Live and dancEAR performance that are both fantastic, and Siyeon is present for both of those. The It's Live performance will probably need some filtering on the video but the dancEAR performance appears to be fine to react to, I've seen a bunch of people react to it without issues or modifications to the video.
