In my opinion podcasts are the best uploads in this channel and i learn from it like a lot! Thanks Gornation And our athletes friends for their time and experiences!
This was great. It would have had more replays if they went into how many exercises per routine, sets, and rest times. In depth those subjects provide the most value. Regardless, thank you for this! Sending strength brother!
He is not unknown. He is the current World Champion so everybody in the streetlifting federation know him by name. It could be cool to here him speak about his trainings but i never saw him speak english.
It would be very difficult for new persons to understand the sport of streetlifting if a coefficient is added. Besides, you can see the results at FinalRep that athletes has good muscle up and squat level.
We’re back with regular Podcast interviews 🔥 Who do you want to be interviewed next?
@@GORNATION to be humbly honest Ian barseagle a 2nd podcast will be truly great!

A podcast with Obin will be interesting
This was great. It would have had more replays if they went into how many exercises per routine, sets, and rest times. In depth those subjects provide the most value. Regardless, thank you for this! Sending strength brother!
you could interview Xavier Macias, right now probably the more complete streetlifting athlete and very unknown
He is not unknown. He is the current World Champion so everybody in the streetlifting federation know him by name. It could be cool to here him speak about his trainings but i never saw him speak english.
finally the podcasts are back!! it would be sick to see more static atheletes like nathan bosesch or akira on this channel
Thanks for the feedback ☺️🙏 good ones!
Podcast with Leo Wang please
Overrated guy
