Lovely to have the spotlight on the unsung hero of the orchestra . Such a beautiful, raw sounding instrument.
I want this so badly, it seems like the best viola library I've ever heard!
Hey, mr Siu. Great video! I definetily see myself using this library for some celtic kind of music (How to Train your Dragon - style). I love the authentic and simple sound of it.
Also I wat to say that your videos are amazing. They're very clear and simple. You explain everything that needs to be explained. Not more or less, and I appreciate that!
Sounds really beautiful!
This viola sounds absolutely gorgeous! Could definitely see myself using this in a variety of compositions, especially some more contemporary and emotional pieces. Great library!
This seems really fantastic for virtuosic passages.
Wow sounds so expressive and emotional. A great instrument for scoring and story telling for sure :D. Great demonstration Chris!
This is a great sounding library. I would use it for solo parts in fantasy, medieval or maybe fairy tail mockups.
So nice to hear ! Workflow seems realy easy
Thanks again for this walkthrough Christopher! The library sounds amazing and would be an amazing first solo string library for me to really add realism to my mockups :) anyways thanks as always!
Nice instrument, Christopher, thanks for sharing.
Great review! Incredibly realistic just like their other solo libraries. I already have their violin and I could see myself using the viola in my soundtracks too.
Sounds great! I'm working towards a career in Film/Video game scoring so strings are always a must!
Ooh, I missed this one. I'd definitely love to use it along with the Bohemian violin and cello libraries I have from Virharmonic. I use them both whenever I need a convincing solo string line.
Love the stuff from Virharmonic! I’d use this in fantasy style tracks, would sit nicely in there. 🎻🎵🎹
Thank you for review and for the giveaway! Great sounding viola for a fantasy soundtrack! 👏
Wow! I somehow missed this developer. Love the intuitive interface - An instant realistic performance! I would use this library for scoring, allowing me to add a realistic, emotive solo viola to my scores. Thanks for the review!
I would use it for live performances, it may be the perfect library for that
Thanks for the giveaway. I love the sound of viola and I'd use it for strings + piano type of arrangements
Thanks again for the great walkthrough and the opportunity to win these libraries! I’d use this for a melancholic melody in a piece I’m working on. It’d be perfect. I can also envision this being used as one of the main melodic elements in an Egyptian-style or Arabian-style piece.
Awesome solo instrument ! I would use it in my future cinematic projects to add nice solos to my tracks. Thanks for the giveaway !
This is a great sounding library. I compose for video games full time so I'd get a lot of mileage out of this!
I've been coveting the Bohemian instruments for years. The cello and violin are amazing, and the viola most definitely lives up to its older siblings!
Thank you for the giveaway and the review, Christopher! Loved how it sounds, it would really help me on my fantasy music
Sounds awesome! I need solo instruments for composing orchestrations and I've always wanted to create a track with a violin solo section!
It's a very convincing library which can truly embrace the nuanced and subtle tenderness of the viola, but also allow opportunity for composers to spotlight the rich, dark sounds that the viola can emote. I can see myself using this in several applications, but my heart leans towards soaring fantasy lines!
I've been trying to find some good stuff out there for some orchestral compositions, I love that we get versatile control over the articulations, and gosh it does sound good, not much of those harsh resonances that I typically hear with the ones I've encountered.
What a nice range of sounds for the viola! Thanks, Chris, for another great review sharing the features of this library.
A well-done sampled instrument! Would love to try it blending with sample modeling.
This will certainly be a great tool for my cinematic music journey under your guidance. Hope to win it!!! 😃
Great library . I would use it to learn and make scoring type music.
Great instrument! I am looking for solo instruments for my orchestrations and some chamber works. Of course I would use it for that, thank you for the chance and greetings from Costa Rica!!!
I've just started getting into composing and VSTs and your channel has been very helpful and informative. I'm hoping to learn to write baroque stuff and do an orchestral version of the first Wu Tang album and I'm fairly confident if I had this I wouldn't suck anymore 😅😅😅🤞🤞🤞
One of my friends is a passionate violist. But I havent used much viola in my compositions. I’ve been wanting to write a good viola solo piece for her to play, so this would be perfect to score with.
Sounds great! I love the versatility you get with all the legato and bow options
Superb library! I would like to use it as a main solo viola for my compositions - I think, it is very useful instrument 👌And The section sizes are gamechangers!
Heya, Thanks for your review. Totally like instrument. Since I mainly use ensemble String patches I am curious to write more single instrument lines.
Sounds good. I'd love to use it an expressive solo voice in orchestral music.
Nice!
Sounds lovely! The viola is my favorite string instrument and this would be awesome for emotional solo passages as well as for layering with ensembles.
I feel like the Bohemian solo libraries are quite underrated. I plan to pick up the instant cello version soon just to try out.
There's a bunch of solo viola libraries out there, all got some strengths as well as weaknesses. I'd like to get deeper into this one and see how realistic sounding I could make it in context with other instruments, ie. for vgm or trailer projects.
I have it already, it's really good. I wish you people luck to get it :D
I would use this for game development, creating both atmospheric music and otherwordly sound effects.
Insanely beautiful and detailed sound here! The inclusion of different performance modes is also pretty fantastic. If I were to get this, I think it'd be excellent to layer over the viola section in my orchestral mockups and help them stand out a bit more in the mix. Also, the chamber performer mode could honestly function as an excellent sounding small viola section on its own.
Huge fan of Bohemian violin, I'd love to see how this and the cello could work together with the extensive articulations
sounds okay, if most of the articulations are tweekable (vibrato speed, tremolo rate....), It could go as first chair or solo in orchestra mockups. For now, i'm thinking of using it as a layer.. of course it has to go on sale first :D
Can't wait to add this to more Zelda music!
This would be a great library to write some emotional solo viola passages!
Thank you for your great review, I would use the library to make some great inspiring music. And try to try to eat and survive :-)
If I win this. I would very much like to use the library to add ultra realistic viola parts to my songs.
I could hear this being used in video game music.
Nice
I would use the Viola to make my tracks more organic and realistic sounding. My genre is somewhere in between orchestral and dance.
I would use is as a solo instrument. I don’t have a solo viola and would like to use its sound and character.
They did a viola? Here's hoping they can do a double bass to fully round out the collection. :D
hey man I loved ur reactions to humanity from Thomas bergersen and I was wondering if u would want to check out my newly released album. ive been working on it all year. thanks.
