I think she looks much better in the blue. She has dark ashy hair with not a hint of warmth to it. Her skin is ruddy and cool toned. I would say she is one of the summer seasons. My mum has a very similar colouring and wears blues and greys and a celedon.
Thank you Jen, for showing such variety! I feel I’m in the same boat with mixed features, plus greying out. And I find lighting throws another wrench into things. Plus, the skin on my neck and face don’t always match. I was typed as a Spring when I was a young teen in the 80s, then a Winter in my 20s. Both times I truly believed the lighting wasn’t adequate. My daughter used an app on her phone and my contrast is medium-ish. Sigh, I just want to feel comfortable in my clothes and skin again.
I felt the same about my coloring changing but finally realized sun damaged redness and dull grayish skin is not the same as “cooling”. After taking care of my complexion (good skills n care, exfoliating, laser off pigmentation from sun damage) my skin brightened back and warm colors pop again.

Her coloring was so similar to me, and after years of thinking I was cool, I finally figured out I’m bright and warm. What a surprise conclusion!
