Great, but the exposed wires of Tvs do not match for rest of the design, better to use wall paneling to hide wires, and using glass hand railings for inside and outside may add extra beauty to the house.

Please stay away from using flowered tiles which doesn’t go with the style of the house. A lot of maintenance will be needed. They are called Bedside tables in the master bedroom. Odd place to have a safe. Why are the windows obscured? You immediately loose bringing nature inside! Good blinds will help with privacy. 150 is 3.75 million a square foot? Is that justified.
good analysis. yes outdoor shower may come in handy. i agree with you regarding flower style tiles & obscured windows in master bedroom. i bet this is made to a custom order,may be they prefer it that way.(saw couple of photos in wall.) normally this kind of house definitely needed a maid or two.people have this kind of buying power certainly do not care about that i think. 150Mil as i heard.(23:05) so house is 7800Sqft. which leaves the cost per Sq-ft is .19,230. Total Land 40 Perches. And with all the furniture's & Electrical Items.
@@ManjulaV001 Thanks I live overseas so your costings would be more accurate. We only cost liveable space not balconies etc. I also think the Bathrooms are too small and showers oddly placed. Small attention to detail is very necessary and furniture is also definitely not my style. Keep it simple, classic and elegant. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
