House design is good, but there are many shortcomings. Bathrooms are not designed to be dry as the showers are not separated, dark colour tiles in bathrooms, low level of safety for small children due to swimming pool, low level of security as the robbers can get easy access inside the house, the grass is slso grown on footpath as well as vehicle path, so once they start using the area will get ugly. Roof top concept is good. Allthese short comings could be addressed anyway. But initial designers could have thought about these aspects too.
