More like a horse painted to look like a zebra 😂 The mv is full of various movie references (the most obvious of which is an iconic scene involving apes smashing and throwing bones in 2001 A Space Odyssey) and the mv and song both have a lot of references to a form of art called Dadaism (maybe why the song name has Da Da in it). I think that he is trying to make that point that he is the next stage of evolution in music (the apes and the various forms of early humans walking along while chained together make me think of evolution)
Also, for the hell of it, TOP actually wore the full ape costume and makeup instead of just having random actors in those costumes

A new fun fact to add lol - in the beginning of the song he is saying 🎶long time no see🎶 is because at the 2013 his group Big Bang was having a comeback after being on hiatus due a incident with another member of the group so they to some time off from group promotions and work solo and t.o.p went and focused on his acting career and he did a few films and was a raising idol actor and that being from the biggest boy group at the time. This was his first song from his previous solo track “turn it up” that had came out in 2010 hence...🎶long time no see no time long see🎶

I'm so glad you checked this out! I think it's one of the most underrated MVs from Kpop. There are lot of references to Dadaism/Dada Movement (early 20th century European avant garde movement) and references to early film history. TOP is known for being an art enthusiast. You should also try watching with the English subs for a clearer context to everything :)

This clip is filled with film references (start with Space Odyssey) and is actually a criticism not only of what constitutes art these days but also that 'media' tells us what is art. Dada is a reference to dadaism, an art movement 'founded' by Salvadore Dali who was famous for his moustache (like the one TOP wears toward the end of the clip). Dadaism is, roughly, about the absurd being art. (Also, I believe he has an uncle who is affiliated with the Whanki Foundation, a museum credited for scenes in the middle of the clip.) And...did you catch when he said 'hacuna matata' in the middle of the video?

The MV is also one huge Art reference, the title Doom Dada is a reference to the Art direction Dadaism (Not making Sense and chaotic, but better google it lol) and the monkeys are (Like the astronaut in Bang bang bang) a reference to the classic movie "A Space Odyssee",one of his Favorite movies and nominated for an Oscar. TOP is also an embassador of Sotheby's, he collects art and chairs, some parts are from his Sotheby's commercial and the part with him and the Glass wine is totally him because he's a huge wine Lover. Him on the motorcycle is just being him a total dork because he is a Bit of a Child and funny and weird

It's actually a really creative, badass song and video. He's really artsy (he has a thing for chairs and wine), so it's only natural there would be many hidden meanings in this song.
If you don't want to read the whole thing, here is a shorter version:
TOP is saying that the other rappers who pick up mics thinking they can rap are tasteless. He's on top of the game, hence why the "apes" (or other rappers) wake up and call him god several times. The thing with the baby also represents the rap game. TOP is driving because he's in control of it while the baby is being led. Notice that he isn't even trying when he's driving? He's playing around and being carefree about it because he's talented af. Even when the baby tries to drive, he's still got his hand on the wheel. He also blames idol companies from destroying an artist's free will - which he thinks is why there are so many "shitty rappers" in the business. He is promoting free will of artists and the destruction of the mass media to give that freedom, that way other artists can create music freely. In short, TOP is a badass who is basically the god of the Korean rap game.
