It's a former Isle of Wight Southern Vectis Omnibus vehicle, number 555 and built in 1958. In 1978 it was sold to a vintage vehicle operator in Holland before being sold on to an advertising company in 1999.

Routemaster is one word but this sure as hell is NOT an AEC Routemaster! It's a Bristol Lodekka - a bus never used in London.
