***wear updates/thoughts- still really enjoying this foundation! I think controlling oil with a good powder (the rms one i used is perfect with it) or a mattifying primer is key for longevity here.

I'm pale AF and I find that ELF doesn't do light enough base products. I have the lightest shade in this and there is a clear mark between the foundation and my neck. How on earth did you get it to match!? 😂

“For $8, I feel like there’s gotta be a catch with this.” 😂 Well, hey, Dollar General’s beauty line Believe Beauty has a foundation for $5 that comes in a nice thick, glass bottle with a pump and it’s actually a pretty dang great foundation! Just really makes me realize how much brands usually hike up prices of things vs cost of the product (to make, package it, etc.). I always knew they did that. But when you get a great product for an affordable price, so many people are like…well, how can they do it? But to me, I just feel like they didn’t hike the price as much as other brands (or even Elf does normally. Like with their dupes, the prices are much more than normal Elf prices since when you compare their price to the product they’re duping, it seems really affordable, but it’s still not cheap and not as low as Elf prices usually are)
I would love to see you try the refy concealer in 1! It looks like the color of our pale girl dreams 😂
