Just came back from tampa. It was very clean but very underdeveloped for a bigger city. People were very respectful and nice but couldn't see myself living there

Appreciate the comment and the honest feedback. It’s a mid sized city and has flown under the radar for many years which is why you get a nice mix of small business and a city/big town feel. I agree it’s not a massive bustling city but that’s part of the charm. Not for everyone but home for me. I appreciate the feedback and keeping it real.
