    another fun way to tiedye a candle is to do layers with the colors you want, then after its set, heat the sides of the jar, ONLY the sides. it should run into one another on its own but if youre impatient like me, you can push the colors into each other with a skewer and the different colored wax will just fall back into the holes :)

      Thankyou! I actually took a picture of my dog in the sunlight. The sun was extremely bright behind him. Then I used the Canva app to get rid of the background. 😄😃 I saved that image (background free) and then I went to make a clear lable using the photo. I Use Avery to make all my lables because they have a free design studio on their website 😃😄🥰 I hope that helps! Happy crafting 🥰🥰🥰

    Beautiful, do you recommend a silver mica dye for an ombré candle ?

    • @jeffychihuahua1913
      @jeffychihuahua1913  2 года назад +3

      No, micas can cause your wicks to not stay lit. Candles dyes are so cheep for how far they go its best to just invest in the liquid dyes. Candle Science is a great place to get them. I think brambleberry.com may also sell them 😃😄😁

    Is Dollar store glassware heat safe though?

    • @jeffychihuahua1913
      @jeffychihuahua1913  Год назад +1

      Yes, however you Always want to use the smallest Wick possible. That way the glass jar doesn't get too hot. I have never had an issue with them and I know many people that use them. That being said if you're trying to make things to sell It's always best to go with the best quality ingredients. And so with that in mind I would almost say that they are not good, Simply because there are better options for glassware out there. My favorite dollar store item that is strong enough To sell in my opinion Is the little ceramic bakeware Items that they put out seasonally. With the ceramic there's way less worry about glass exploding.
