    Nice build. Coming along great. New shocks in the back plus that locker will really take things up to the next level.

    No fairlead clamp on the snorkel wasn't attached it's cool you have done so much from stock keep up the good work

      The winch came with a fairlead but it was the roller one and it didn’t fit the bumper. Just haven’t gotten around to getting one yet. Snorkel is attached correctly..

    My only reservation with the Dobinsons rear shocks are only designed for up to 1.5” lift on d41s. They actually don’t have much travel. I wish they offered a long travel version like I had on my Toyota.

      I’m open to suggestions. I hear Fox has some nice long travel ones

    Look at All Dogs Offroad Coop for some upper control arms. They specialize in Nissan trucks.

    I just noticed, you gotta get that fairlead on there man or you gonna eat your cable and bumper up. The winch should have come with one should be able to pull the pin on the hook and run it right through.

    • @4wdAdventurz
      @4wdAdventurz  2 месяца назад +1

      It came with one but it was the roller one and that didn’t fit on the bumper. I’ll get a nice one soon.

    • @JW-cn6op
      @JW-cn6op Месяц назад +1

      You have to run the roller style with cable, you can't use the other style unless you want to ruin the fairlead and cable. Easy fix is to cut the top of the whole slightly higher and redrill the fairlead mount holes to clear the receiver.Or drill new holes in the fairlead if thats easier for you.

    • @4wdAdventurz
      @4wdAdventurz  Месяц назад

      @@JW-cn6op the opening wasn’t the problem, the bottom roller prevented it from lining up with the holes to mount the rollers.
      I’m just going to get a fairlead and switch to a synthetic line ..

    • @JW-cn6op
      @JW-cn6op Месяц назад

      Haha I can see what the issue is but if you where to raise the fairlead 1"-1 1/2" the top of the hole would be to low causing the cable to hit that before the roller.

      There is a relocation mouse that comes with the bumper. It’s relocated to the top of the bumper behind a plastic cover. You can see it directly above the winch.

    I know you said you are coming up on 50k, so what’s your thoughts on a Fuel Induction service? Everyone(not just shops) seems to recommend it for GDI engines because of the carbon buildup. This is my first gdi, so idk.

      That’s from the Titan Swap. I’ve been meaning to get a small wheel spacer for the rear to help and match, but honestly, it doesn’t bother me that much. Not nearly as much as I thought it was going to.
