Thank you for these detailed but simple directions! And for introducing me to the 200x200 magnetic hoop - I didn't know there was one! Another GREAT tutorial!
I have only done a few edge to edge quilting in the hoop. I will start using my 200x200 magnetic hoop . Looks so much easier with this hoop. Good video😃
I’m here!! First I would rethread , to make sure that you are in your tension good. When you restart, raise your upper tension. I would recommend that you start out with a sample, experiment quilt sandwich 🥪! Experiment until you are happy with the tension. I find that usually, on my Epic 2, that I have to raise my tension to 60 or 65 in embroidery edge to edge, to get a good stitch out. You need to make that top thread work harder, pulling that bobbin thread into the quilt (more like quilting), rather than having the top thread be pulled to that back of your work, like we do in embroidery. I hope this helps!! Let me know, one way or the other and we can go from there!!
I’m so sorry that you found it confusing! We are always trying to improve and hopefully the next one will be better!! What part did you have trouble with?
I watched your video for a second time. And what you seem to be showing is specific to the machine that you are using. I've used an embroidery machine for over 15 years And do not use this technique to find my next starting point. I can't even tell what machine you're using And I don't believe you mentioned it in the video. This would be a good video if you just titled it Differently. For examples How to align edge to edge quilting designs Using "The following machine." I rarely comment on videos that I see. Do not take this as a negative that was not my intention. I wish you the very best in trying to grow your channel
@@doloresbarrios400 thank you so much for the feedback! This process works for all modern Husqvarna Viking embroidery machines…I guess I should have mentioned that! If you look at the other videos you will see that I work for a Husqvarna dealership. A lot of what I show on the channel is universal, but the “design positioning” features are specific to Husqvarna and Pfaff machines…
Extremely helpful. Thank you!

Where do you buy your edge to edge designs? I want to learn so I can finish my own quilts.
I really like the ones I’ve purchased from “Designs by JuJu”! Good luck 🍀 and thanks for watching !!
How do you do the borders with a different design?
I use the same design, but I chop it down to fit in software! 😉
Help my bottom of the (bobbin) thread look awful its loose.
