    Great test Sean. Wondered why it wouldnt give over 384 fps, but you fixed it. Glad you got it over 400 fps with the 90 gram CO2. Keep up the good work 😃

      There is a little more power there besides waiting for summer time. I do have a longer barrel coming to maximize the air without looking too ridiculous.

      Yeah it has been crystal clear and cold the last few days which surely doesn’t help. Ill test some hpa next.

    okay im new into the tippman tmc, and i find this channel very helpful. so forgive me for my ignorance. but i have a question. I believe i understand with the larger included allen wrench i can adjust the umm velocity or amount of co2 blockage to get more pressure on the ammo used. im not sure what the official name or terms i should be using sorry. its the silver nut in the middle of the marker. my question is how is yours set up? like what are the max turns needed to acheive the most stable and highest joule output i guess? if that makes sense, hopefully. thanks in advance. i also use the riot balls you use.

      @lesslethalfordummies  11 месяцев назад +3

      That is a very good question. The velocity adjustment screw is exactly where you said it is.
      On the Tmc it merely blocks the air flow. Turn in for lower fps and out for more fps.
      Max velocity I found to be when the screw is turned counter clockwise (out) until it is just flush with outside edge of the receiver (clamshell).

      @lesslethalfordummies thank you so much ! I hope to get into modding mine and getting these better springs. Love the content keep it up I can't wait to learn more 🙌.

      @GasMaskBoy if i can give any advice it is shoot the marker out of the box for a little bit just to figure out any quirks.
      They all have quirks trust me and it’s so much easier to understand them before you change anything….of course turning the velocity screw is perfectly acceptable 😉

    Looks like Co2 loses around 50% per layer of extra clothing. I just recieved my 1st 13ci bottle. ;-] (for winter)

    • @lesslethalfordummies
      @lesslethalfordummies  11 месяцев назад +1

      Almost 30 but was expecting closer to 32/33. It’s cold here these days so co2 doesn’t do as good but does demonstrate some cons to its use. Still got some work to do.

    88g co2 is 850psi or 1000psi? :)

    • @lesslethalfordummies
      @lesslethalfordummies  11 месяцев назад

      Co2 output pressure no matter the size of cartridge is completely variable upon ambient air/storage temperatures. Mine is usually about 900psi give or take at 72°f but can exceed 1100psi on a hot sunny day.
