My family had a 1969 Sedan DeVille. The two model years were almost exact accept for the rear end. the tail lights were the biggest change. The dash board was the same, only our 69 didn't have the oil, volts and temp gauges. You had idiot lights on the dash that would light up when something wrong happened. You didn't know you were overheating until the light came on. The steering wheel on the 69 had the horn on the inside of the wheel grip itself where you could use your finger tips to blow the horn while driving to keep your hands on the wheel at all times. The car was so big that when my sister went to Martha's Vineyard for her honeymoon, they had to park the car on the lower truck deck of the ferry. It wouldn't fit on the upper car deck.
When I first visited the US I was hoping I'd see lots of cool cars. Instead there were mostly generic Japanese or cars that looked Japanese. Then I saw one of these in a car park at a Las Vegas hotel. It looked so cool and the location was perfect for it.
This is not car, this is art!!
I agree, Detroit art. Thanks for watching!

Is this car for sale? Also, what is with the checks on the seat upholstery?
Not sure you'll have to check Streetside Classics website. No idea on interior history either. I appreciate you checking it out
That houdstooth looking fabric on the seats is not factory correct or appropriate for this vehicle!
I hear you Larry, I think it looks kinda cool but you can't beat that old original leather. Appreciate your comment
first!
Welcome to the party. Cadillac style
Nice car except interior .Checked seats are awful.
Yes, true
