15 month pahle ye li thi 10400 km chala chuka hun. Ek bar charger jal gaya tha co. Ne replace kar diya tha abhi tak koi kharch nahi kiya.

Shock up bahut hard hen bilkul comfert nahi है head light hona na hona barabar he bahut kharab

Turning me bahut jyada jagah leta he, jitna bike chalate hen reading lagbhag 10% jyada meter show karta he. Reverse mod nahi he hona chahiye, colour bahut halka he jara me scretch lagte hen seat ki position sahi nahi he peechhe bethne wala (piniun) bar bar aage ko sarakta he chalane wala bhi, charging bhi 6 hour leti he
Ek charge par ab lagbhag 65 km. Chal rahi he.
Parts bahut menhge hen 1 view mirror 300rs se uper de rahe hen.
Milo meter me point wali reading hi nahi he seedhe kilo meter change hota he pata hi nahi chalta real me kitna chale hen.
Shock adjestable hai adjest kar sakte hai

I have magnus ex and its headlight bulb fused 2 times what is the problem can you help me to resolve it
Pls visit showroom and ask them to check headlight wiring.

I am also having a black colour Ampere EX bought 2 months back. It's very good informative post.
I also don't find any problem in it and getting close to 100 km in a single charge.
Use in low mode can increase range 👍

I have used nearly 10,000 km in 7 months. Magnus Ex. I have faced motor failure issue once but company replaced it.
Nice scooter, just Don't use High mode regularly.

Motor is IP67 rated so it can sustain in rainy season, but keep parked in still water above motor level can damage electrical equipments.
Though I ride my scooter from potholes many times no issue faced till date.
It happened many times when petrol scooters created starting problem in rain but my magnus ride in no worries.👍

How is rear susp? Is it too stiff, and makes noise in potholes and bumps?
Rear suspension are set up on softer side make a little noise in potholes. But not that bad for bumps.

@@MadanGawali both are available in nagpur ampere is for 80k and bounce for 91k including everything. After reviewing many videos for both vehicle . I found that issues appear in motor after several months in ampere .is it true ??

i too have this bike same pro...near 9k kms commuted..the shock obserbers for oil is leaked and some sort of noise is coming..my near by dealer shut shop,..local ice mechanic changed only bearings...he is not confident to open the doom..
tak tak sound is coming from front tyre sir,,will fork oil seal change will resolve that issue??
Check tyres for any bump or it may have any stone stuck in tyre lining.
And check and replace front shock absorber oil seals.
Hope ice mechanic can fix it...ampere dealers guys dont hav indepth knowledge on mechanical problems..and parts..by ur estimation 32k kms should break even our bike investment..hope battery after 20k kms dint effect Range??

Keep in mind odometer reading after last full charge. Set a target odometer for next charge. Like if you have charged fully with meter reading at 7360, expect 70 km drive to discharge up to battery level of 30% for next charge. So, you can drive up to meter reading of 7430 after which you should be ready for charge. Needs some calculation and practice.

I bought it on 23 11 2022 from Jharsuguda Odisha. SCOOTY IS FITTED WITH VERY LOW GRADE PARTS.. SHAME TO MAGNUS EX SHAMELESS BRAND.. I WASTED Rs. 86000/ - .Headlight is Worst grade likely to & prone to accident in night due to poor visibility due to thirdclass light...

Scooter is not good as high price. Using from 6 month
Pls share difficulties faced.....
First of all range is very low with 2 person only 40-50km, on high speed and very fed-up on low which is only 29,28,27,26 droped with in 30 km
2.front Handle loose within 7k km,
3. brake lather making noice after evey 1000 km, fender panel both side support with no. Plate brook, again and again, repair with jugard.
4. Headlight very low(Can not drive at night) and tube has loose connection, light switch change once with in 2 months
5. Back side both shocker leakage one is minor and second has free replacement by agency ( with in month)
6. Throttle has problem not moving properly Some time.
7. Driving with 2 person top speed is no more @ 50km/hr it comes 49,48,47,46 in 20-30 km
8.In side head near headlamp 2 secrew support has broken without any accident.
9. Break leaver change due to brook with accident and damages.
10. Motor making bad noise when drive, specially with 2 person.
11. All nut bolts are lossing at every 2500km.
12. Charger fan has noise and taken 4-5 hr to full charge
All problems told in Magnus service center but not good response, first time i have told to owner of my local agency he give satisfaction and good service. But owner is not available all time.
Overall quality is low comparison to petrol option
I am fed-up and feel stucked. One thing good is in overall that no pertol bill from last 5 month total 9k km run. Good for single person and local run upto 30km distance maximum 🙏

But it is my personal opinion that .. looking at your requirement.. you should have gone for higher capacity motors like TVS iQube , benling Aura, ePluto 7g ...
