Mein jab ye scooter(Ampere Magnus EX) kharida tha toh, ek wise decision samajh ta tha. Lekin ye mera life ka sabse worst decision tha. 90,000/- ka scooter ek mahine se maraa pada hua he. 5 mahine mein battery kharab, 1 mahina ho gayaa hei,replacement keliye gayaa hei, customer care service puraa worst hei. Mail bhejne se kuch reply nehin aata. Mera sebse nivedan hei ki,Ye Scooter kharidne se pahle 1000 baar sochiye.

भाई मैं Ampere Primus लिया हूँ दिसम्बर2023 में अभी एक महीना भी नहीं हुआ और 30 प्रतिशत से सीधे 5 प्रतिशत हो जाता हैं, सबसे घटिया स्कूटर हैं भाई मैं तो लेकर फस गया पर आप सब मत लेना। और मैन कोई बार कंप्लेन किया चेंज करने के लिये पर चेंज नहीं करता हैं बस अपडेट कर के देता है कहता है सही हो गया पर ,सही नहीं होता है प्रॉब्लम सेम है, 30, 29 ,28 ,27 25 परसेंट चार्ज से सीधे 5 परसेंट हो जाता है।

Ye bahut hi badhiya baat hai bhai ki made in India hai, par agar mujhe usi budget me usse achi assembled gaadi mil rahi hai to mai ghate ka sauda karu? Acha agar sabhi yahi sochne lagein aur foreign company ki gaadi lena hi band kar dein to hamare desh me sir hamari companies hi bach jaygi aur competition kam ho jayga, aapko lagta hai without competition companies naye features ko laane ka sochengi bhi?
Aur bahar ke desh se ham kuch kharidenge nahi to kya vo hamse kharidenge? aap khud hi sochiye ham hi banayenge aur ham hi use karenge bs koi len den nahi thoda daravna sa nahi lagta?

Agar Chinese product Acchi hai, daam bhi sasti hai to lene me samajhdari hai, lekin in scooters ki build quality acchi nahi hoti hai, battery management system nahi hoti hai, range kam ho jati hai, aur mostly jo BLDC hub motor ke saath aate hain un scooter mein zyada pickup, speed ya power bhi nahi milta hai.
Ampere Primus sirf ek e scooter hai jo ki bahut acchu quality ke hai. Bikes mw Revolt Rv400 bhi Chinese Super Soco ka rebadged version hai, lekin accha hai build quality, range aur performance dekhe to.
Problem foreign company ki product se nahi hai, problem 80-90 hazaar Rupay dwkar bhi ghatiya product dene wali un companiyon se hai jo ki customer ko jhooth bolti hain ki made in India product hai.
Haal hi main ek Ampere Magnum ki chassis toot gayi, rider chala raha tha tab. Aur aisi aur much bar bhi hua hai, lekin media Ola ya Ather ke scooter me kuch ho use hi dijhayegi.
Koi company agar China se hi accchi scooters la kat competitive daam me beche to main bilkul tarif karungi, lekin in companiyon ki harkatein kabil e tarif nahu hain.

Being Ampere is from Greaves hence it should be more reliable and trust worthy.
But owners claims the real range is much lower, around 60km and it would reduce 25% after 1 yr as per company

This is Magnus ex I'm also having same scooty it gives around 100 as i didn't check but from average I'm telling because i usually charge battery when it run almost 85-90 kms and still battery is there.

Friends, Dont buy this Ampere Magnus EX scooter. I am from visakhapatnam. Service is WORST. Battery not working properly. Range also just 50 kms per charge.

@@SahiGaadi Service center not responded properly. Service Center is "Prasanna Motors" located at Gajuwaka (Vizag). Worst service and response. Friends please don't buy Ampere vehicles. I have bad experience with Ampere mainly with service center. Battery problem occurred 3 times in 3 months. Still range is 40 to 50 kms instead of 120 kms range.

Poor after sales service my 6 months old scooter is just lying as JUNK in parking lot from last 2 months as Controller is faulty . Local dealer is saying he cannot help in this and I need to follow up with customer care number or email . Multiple emails sent but no response . I purchased this 2 Wheeler for daily commuting but have to depend and spend money on Uber or Ola from last 2 months . My concern is that someone from Service should respond and tell how many months or years I have to wait so that I can purchase alternate 2 wheeler & return back this junk to Ampere scooters .
