Ingredients
Garlic - 3 cloves
Green onion - 1 stalk
Zucchini - 1 pc
Mushrooms - 5 pcs
Butter - 20 grams
Eggs - 4 pcs
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/ teaspoon
Olive oil - 30 ml
Dill
Method of preparation
Cut the garlic, onion and zucchini into small pieces.
Fry them in hot olive oil for 8 minutes on moderate heat, first salting them.
Chop the mushrooms and add them to the vegetables, add oil and black pepper and mix.
Cook for 10 minutes on a moderate heat.
Add the eggs, mix well and cook for 3 minutes on a moderate heat.
Finally, add red pepper and dill and stir and turn off the heat.
