Congratulations to Armagh last Sunday. I felt this final would be 50/50 and one doubt I had about Armagh was their limited All Ireland success coming into Sunday. Armagh went on to prove that the top Ulster counties are very battle hardened as they overcame recent heartache on penalties. Not the best of games but the record books will always say Armagh All Ireland Champions 2024. It was also good to see a new name on the Sam Maguire this year as many had previously feared the Dubs squad would be strongest of them all.
aren't ye lucky that Galway is a predominantly hurling county also soccer and rugby and we still have 50 Connacht titles and 9 football titles the third most successful in football great hurling counties have like CORK Tipperary Wexford limerick have More football titles than the one ball county mayo well done Armagh
