Playing through the MSQ will take you right to the mission for your heartgem. And doing daily expeditions will unlock all of them. I didn't mention them because I didn't feel that it was that much of a game changer. I do have a tank guide but there are so many build guides out there I didn't feel I wanted to even try to get into that lol
