This album is almost like ambient and house music in how it's constructed. Some people might not get this, but to me it's the modern day equivalent of selected ambient works by aphex twin.
I agree 1000%. Carti uses his voice as an instrument to elevate the beat and ambiance. I think a majority of rappers would not be able to replicate a similar sound as well as Carti did on this album.

Who else think R.I.P Fredo is one of the biggest bangers on the album? Truly a fav in cartis discog for me for what I agree to be his best. Just insane how it’s formatted like a modern trap album but somehow it’s deadass no filler for many tracks and it jumps into eachother fun track after fun track. Truly something I need in my record collection tbh, an album that I’ll throw on and know any time spent with it is gonna be fun no matter its use. I’m glad it didn’t leave a sour taste as well, and glad how this album did leave its impression by the end. Great video, and great reception to the music. Seen the boys carve out their own lane in RUclips. They’ve been pioneered the new generation of RUclips reaction content.
