I'm just amazed seeing how fast she cooked a whole bowl of fried rice- like we never cook fried rice at our home without occasion & they eat this so often. Koreans have a great crave for food I think.
Just wanted to say how much I appreciate the warning at 6:03, I have really bad misophonia and mouth sounds are a huge trigger for me, people usually don't put a warning so I wanted to tank you for being so courteous
no worries, I personally didn’t know how serious it could be, I just put the warning in case some people disliked it. I didn’t expect it to be a really serious issue, it’s my first time hearing of misophonia. Would you mind explaining to me what that is?
@@itzybean Basically it's a disorder that makes people really sensitive to certain sounds, usually mouth noises and repetitive things like tapping. When those sounds are encountered, it basically triggers the "fight or flight" response, and the person gets really upset, anxious, and/or angry. It's not really understood what causes it and there's been very little research done, but in recent years it's been becoming better understood. It's basically like reverse ASMR, if that makes sense. If you have any other questions I would be happy to answer :)

@@itzybean I can only speak for myself, my main trigger is eating noises so to help cope I bring earbuds with me if I'm going to be eating with other people, also learning stress management skills to help with unavoidable triggers. Unfortunately there's not much research into more specific treatments but hopefully that gets done soon!
