Fuck me, I understand the value of investing but saying “poor people view property as a place to live” is horrible. It IS a place to live, and because of people like this it gets harder and harder for “poor” / young people to buy. That made my skin crawl.
He'll just work his way up again. Give a broke person a million quid and that person goes back to square one. Bankrupt a rich businessman and he'll find his way back.
@@GiggityClipz I know what rich house poor house is. I'm just saying that even if you give Samuel a poor man's budget, he knows how to turn that into dosh. But give a poor man Samuel's income, and its like letting a 10 year old drive a lambo. It never ends well.
Yes rich people use property as a hedge against inflation, somewhere to "park " excess funds ,enjoy capital appreciation and to save tax liabilities. But no they don't necessarily need passive income from property since they generate huge profits from their businesses.
Being a landlord is NOT passive. What a load of nonsense. Unless you have a property manager, if you have several properties, it can sometimes be a full time job.
Well yeah but some view it differently. Social media has a massive impact. Look at me kinda shite . I remember when people kept themselves to themselves even having hidden diary's & kick off if someone read it & now people kick off if they don't get the views 😂😂😂
I like your content but what you advertise is essentially a pyramid scheme. There will always be someone on the bottom (you're tenants) and with property and new homes being so scarce in the UK at the moment I feel it would be more ethical if you bought improved and sold on properties rather than rent.
🤣 So he should be a charity, do what wh the gov, banks and King won't and don't. They don't even seek to make basic living essentials affordable for the masses. Gas , electricity, food water and transport are nearly all foreign owned, so the gov don't have to maintain or make the prices manageable/ fair for all. Samuel is showing how, with sacrifice, you too can try to beat the poverty trap set for us all.

His ilk makes this country far worse off than it should be.

@uwotmeme you don't know what rich house poor house is do you, so do research before being a warrior in the comments.

@@GiggityClipz also, you do realise that Samuel could buy the property aswell. So it would just be, rich house, Samuel's house.
@uwotmeme yeah I know but your saying irrelevant stuff the replies when I'm doing a petition
And without those "poor people" you'd have nothing!!

I’m in the rich bracket on mind thinning the passive income’s nice but it’s mainly the tax breaks

Thank you bro 😎
I agree 💯
Very Judgemental, absolutely not. It is obviously easy to dispise something when you have it. This is a very arrogant statement, your own opinion.
So if you want a nice place to live your showing off?? 😂 not that you want to be comfortable…

And where do rich people sleep?
