    I’m a foreigner and I have a Florida LLC that has an EIN and it owns an apartment in Miami. I’m looking at investing in more real estate in Miami or Texas, but I was wondering if I would be eligible for financing. What’s your experience on financing for foreign nationals in the US?

    Great video! More like these please. Clear and simple. What about for a non-US person that doesn't have a work permit in the US but wants to rent a home in CA to sublease/rent it on AirBNB? I was researching online that it's better to create an LLC and hire a manager or contractor to run the Airbnb business. Is that correct? If so, how would the taxes work in that scenario? (Thanks for your videos. I just started watching you a few weeks ago and subscribed to your channel. I always give you a thumbs up on your vids. 👍👍)

    To do business with tax liens is good to have Holding EU >>> LLC US >>> tax liens certificate

    Loved this video. On question, If a FL LLC elects to be a C-Corp (1120 & 5472) and is owned by foreign Corp. Does the foreign Corp have any filing requirements? like when dividends are distributed or related party transactions?
