How is it going bro
Bro all your videos are so wholesome and filled with great energy. Good stuff bro.
After you grabbed those eggs I thought you were making those joints from scratch ....I was like this man can do it all 🤣
You have no idea what this video means to me... I'm just starting out and man...! It's frustrating.... In comparison with your old photos in the video im not bad for a beginner.... Its very encouraging to see how far you have reach though ... Just wanted to say thank you... Thank you
Lol, the funny thing is, I wasn't even aware of how bad i was at the time. I just kept going. At the end of the day thats all that really matters. Keep going, and you got it bro! You're very welcome!
Thanks this was helpful
I wish I saw this video years ago! 💪🏾 💈
Another classic dope video my man
The fade was so sick “text” got faded in bead on the thumbnail
lmao, I seen that after
Great video as always. Thank you for the motivation, it’s really starting to hit here in Australia now. I graduated trade school last December and now going into my first year of a certified barber I see why they say your eye and detail is important. I’m not where I want to be but this video brought my attention of progressing and gaining confidence . I love what I do and proud to be a barber even more now. I’ve been following your vids for two years now and always a pleasure and enjoyment. Please continue the vids and definitely a big fan of your channel. Stay well boss and everyone in the world, this will soon past us and get back into life. Ryshan
Everything will definitely pass. I'm glad you're still pressing on giving everything going on. And not being where you want to be has to be one of the biggest motivators personally.
I know this is an older vlog but those last 2-3 minutes spoke to me. Thank you!!!
Santiago Renteria you’re very welcome 🙏🏾
Great tip as far as the teeth on the blade bro 💯💪🏾😎

Man he’s to good. Like the way he explain things makes him a master of his art. A lot of RUclips’s can’t explain things so vividly

I needed this video right now. I went ahead and went to school, just graduated 4 months ago and I’m struggling behind the chair. You inspired me to get licensed, and you just re-inspired me to keep grinding and get better. Hope you’re doing well Kev, can’t wait to hear from you.
How ya doing ?

@@KevvThaw facts man dope vid thanks !
What's up g. I just started cutting my own hair today. Bought some a andis clipper trimmer combo starter. Just a question seeing your line ups are crispy asf.and learned alot from ur vids. Are andis trimmer blades interchangeable
Depends on which trimmer. The andis superliner is. The andis t-outliner isn't
I bought the andis pivot pro silver and thanks you for replying. I cut my own hair watching your videos.
Damn needed this video 💪🏿
I appreciate this video man, Im sitting here having battles with that frustration I've felt during my 3hr haircuts I had at school, with the teachers help. I will keep going and lean into the frustration. I will stretch myself to be that version of myself. I will be able to create graduation and soften lines that I put into the hair. Thank you for the motivation and helpful words.
I’ve always wanted to know what different fade techniques there are. Not so much different cut types but the actual fade technique itself. I’ve always done my guide lines then take them out and just go through my steps. But I’ve never actually seen someone explain different techniques. Seems like everyone has their own routine or steps they take for say a regular drop down fade or any cut for that matter. But as I mentioned I’ve never had anyone actually go through them and explain the steps and or pros and cons of different fade techniques. Could you maybe at some point do one like that. Say do the same cut on a client, one side using 1 technique and another on the other side. I appreciate every single word of knowledge you put out bro I am so grateful for you. Thank you.
You only get better at Barbering only when you take this craft serious!
Right! Let 'em know bro.
This video did a lot for me man
Music in the beginning?
What's Poppin - Jack Harlow

Hi Kev thanks man, for this content 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏. Man I took my white sheet and a pen... You really teaching me practical aspect on barbering!!!!!! Your student from Paris!!!! 👌🙏🙏
Those who can't do, teach or something like that they say right? Then there's the blessed few that can both do and convey what they know to others; not easy. Well done brother.
There are't a lot of videos that go deeper into what a people mean by "barber's Eye". This video did a great job. would like to see more of these
That's so true, I agree. As a young barber, I fall into many of these traps but you explained the difference between an average barber and a good barber, I rate the vid
Thank you for sharing your insight. Just... thank you. Much appreciated
Very encouraging brother I’m so thankful for your videos

Hey bro just asking maybe if you could do a short video explaining the best ways to keep your fades symmetrical? Or like how to get your bald line symmetrical, i’m new and really struggling with that. Videos dope and encouraging like always. You do a great job.
Definitely can! Appreciate you watching bro!
Start barber school tomorrow. Thank u

Bro u been helping me my whole barber journey thanks bro
Edit sick with it
Appreciate you fam
Dope vid 👌
Appreciate you bro
Thanks
Absolutely
Thank you brother🙏🏻
how long does it take to get better? like how many haircuts you have to do
Depends on your preexisting knowledge. Some people improve really fast like 2months, and others can take 2years. But the people who are most successful are the ones who don’t focus on the end but the journey
yo what camera and lense you using ?? for when you sat down to talk to the camera
canon 70d with sigma 18-35 lens.
Knowledge is Power.
Thanks for this one Kev!

The beard look better under the neck instead of stopping on the jaw
I’d agree for bigger sized people. But when you have a jaw line to rock out... rock it out.
