Would be helpfu for those whove lost the lnstructions to show close up of function buttons explaining what the functions actually do and what the different beeps are for
I have BLUETOOTH NHS hearing aids. I came on here to get some advice about Bluetooth, but there was none. No mention at all was made about Bluetooth in the video. Surely, this is a good excuse to make a new, more up to date video!
exactly the NHS should supply proper instructions so the person helping the wearer can see what the problem is rather than tunes being played in the wearerers ear and light should come on to say batteries need replaced etc...and there should be a button to switch them off rather than having to open the battery door...the batteries being wasted must be astonishing.
That's a completely different NHS hearing aid to the one my 87 year old uncle has go. He hasn't got a clue how to use it, the manufacturer is OTICON. Are they all the same press the top of the long button to raise volume etc..The instructions are terrible and don't mention any tunes played when batteries are flat etc, why don't they show a red light so other people can see the batteries are flat?
To those having problems hearing this, you can press CC in the top right hand corner to get Closed Captions. Very helpful video, thanks
