On today's episode, I get serenaded with some of the best-fried chicken in NYC with a side of cello from my friend, Eric Huang, owner and chef at Peking House. We also reminisce about spending time at his parent's restaurant, which was a neighborhood favorite of mine growing up.

I was one of those 10,000. Waiting list days were crazy. Can’t think of anyone more deserving of this highlight. Eric and his team bust their ass off! The chicken is SO good.

Every episode of this is somehow better than the last. This is my favorite so far--the chicken looked delicious, Action being funny, hospitable, and generous as always, and Eric seems like a kind, passionate guy (and a great musician).
