Hello from across the pond. You just help me solve a problem ive been having with a small access area on my Ho layout. Thanks very much for the review of Shaper Sheet. It was awesome and now I know what to do with my problem area. Keep up the good work!
It is interesting stuff. I have used it Nothing negative to report. I just painted plaster on it though and used the cloth to bind it to it's surrounding. Excellent demonstration as usual. Rob
Hi Simon, great demonstration. I have used it before and was very impressed. I need to use some more when I get to making the hillside above my latest bridge. The only slight criticism is the price which is a little steep, but you get what you pay for I guess. Robin
Thanks, always find it tricky to find the right music but loved the upbeat Polka tune so I tried to time the fast bit of the music with speeding up the footage (made me laugh but not sure anyone else will notice!).
Great stuff the only problem is the price. Not the cheapest but it does save lots of time and work. So if that is more important than its not too expensive. Great video on explaining the sheet.Scott
Glad to see ya doing some scenery work Simon, I think you will like working with at product, it will cut down on your work time. You can a lot done fast...but...the old cardboard strips work will to.....and cheaper. Bob, at Longshadowsmodeltrees.com
Thanks Bob, I've had lots of suggestions of different ways to do it, almost as many ways as there are layouts! I'll have to try some of the different methods on different sections of the layout.

The Shaper Sheet is good stuff, very convenient, glad to help!
I like the way that it covers the open areas over the lower levels of your track runs. It should scenic very well. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks, its working out pretty well, can't wait to have a little section of scenery done.
Simon thanks for sharing and the tips. Can you let me know what it is like for planting trees?
Not got that far yet but will let you know when I do. It should be OK as sets pretty solid once the plaster cloth is dry.

Thanks Rob, it worked well. I might try the brush-on plaster next time, looks like it may be easier.

Thanks Robin, Yes, its good stuff, saves a bit of hassle I think but I'll have to try out some of the cheaper methods on other sections maybe!
Looks good Simon, you have me interested now for maybe using some on my own layout when I come to doing the scenery.
Cheers
Howard.
Thanks, its worth a try, although it may be easier to use the paster that you mix up and just brush on, instead of plaster bandage like I used.
I Can't find you on Facebook Simon. Keep up the great work and videos. Cheers Gary lester
Looks fantastic, thanks again for another great review very helpful. Is that a hidden passion for Polka music? :)

Thanks Scott, yes you are paying for the convenience I guess, I'll have to try out some of the other ways of doing it and see how they compare.
Where do I buy it? Where do I buy a plastic sheet?
