Boris Johnson resigns - who will replace him?

    Boris Johnson will continue as Prime Minister until a new Tory leader is elected - and that is still causing outrage from serving ministers to the former Prime Minister John Major.
    Labour said it will call a vote of confidence in the government to try to force him out immediately.
    But most Conservative MPs' attention has turned to who will be the next Prime Minister.
    A series of people most voters have barely heard of are jockeying for position - as the party grandees decide how the leadership election will work and how long it will take.

    Next PM will just be someone who will make many promises but not deliver on them. Someone who will NOT help with affordable housing, someone that will NOT help with the increase in the cost of living, someone that will NOT lower the amount of national insurance and other taxes many of us have to pay, someone who will NOT deal with any of the financial inconveniences and hardships faced by the working class. Jacob Rees-Mogg is the only MP left who has supported Boris Johnson from the very time he nominated Boris Johnson for the leadership of the Conservative and PM, right until now.
    I used to respect Moggy, but the way he has always defended Boris, no matter what Boris has done - and excused him, and even he said in a previous interview, "Of course, the Prime always tells the truth".
    NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE CALL JACOB REES-MOGG, MP for North Devon and the 19th Century.

I do think power naturally consolidates in a relatively few people, it's not like politicians are simply vessels for regular voters or for corporations to do their bidding, by hyper-calculating exactly what will marginally help them more. No, they have some wiggle room, that they can use for whatever they actually like to do, whether that's policy-oriented, or just power plays to get even more power (or extend the time during which they have power), etc

      Theres a reason many politicians are sociopaths. Only such a person seeks such a position. 1% of people are sociopaths yet 20% of politicians are. What does this tell you.

    • @AwakenedAvocado
      @AwakenedAvocado 2 года назад

      @J1465 wow that was sad. I had a brother like that too, he had only love for money from an early age and nothing else, no true emotion or love existed there. He had a narcissistic mother and would be coached by her to value everything materialistic. Thankfully i was not of his character and am a genuine person... so watching this resonates alot with me.
      It is upsetting that a child is coached to value obly that which can be obtained by monetary means and that is the measure singularly on which they shall be judged or where their success is determined. It's anti humanity and results in sociopaths iccupying these positions which the worst part is, affects other people. And they do all this with no remorse or empathy, it's sad.

    • @AwakenedAvocado
      @AwakenedAvocado 2 года назад

      @J1465 agree with all of that, i have observed what i came to call "corporate psychopathy " and attribute that to much of this, though as a child sociopath he has been coached and also in the position hes in wonder if it is power he actually is wanting. Either way they are very sad beings. Devoid of the empathy gene, no love no real passion or genuine presence. This would be fine to me if, they didnt abuse and affect others lives negatively. Cluster b personalities in my opinion are a huge part of the corruption and instability society faces. Elimination of cluster b personalities in the future could actually really improve our society. to compete and beat them you have to be cold, i know from experience. The absence of joy makes them feel nothing in genuine love. Ive dealt with it and fought it my entire life. That's what separates us and makes us human

    • @AwakenedAvocado
      @AwakenedAvocado 2 года назад

      @J1465 i just want a better world, ironic as these personalities probably think the same thing however the application has been very different. Over time the positions of power become saturated with such devoid-of-life personalities . I think that psychometric analysis could reveal alot, though many will likely slip through that also..ive become much bettet attuned at detecting these perosnalities and had previously attracted them toward me for whatever reason ,I've a big heart but also the ability to shunt them into their place should i need to.
      I beleive that what we have considered as evil is literally the embodiment of thr cluster b personality type, also another approach is they are demonically possessed or, they are basically shells occupied by a force free of empathy or a genuine identity. I have thought about it and thought that it could be beneficial to purge them.
      Also in those thoughts is that may be very discriminatory, but also in the reduction of huge harms to society at large may be justified. It could in future become a necessity, as they pollute more and more of those areas and the narcisstic or sociopathic bodies increase. The sickness begets sickness. Such a person can not bring happiness and the greater responsibility for the betterment of humanity . They really do think they can do this but cannot it's all ego. I'm hesitant in a blanket bannong of all suspected cases, where do they then occupy then? How does society restucture .
      We first need to understand and get more people to understand what we're up against. Unfortunately most people ive met who have awareness of this only have it because they experienced their sickness themselves. If you think of it this way though: that these would be the people who's first thought would be elimination of you and the lower classes or deemed undesirables of society then it becomes pre emptive to suggest that we could turn that on them , as a matter of survivability. They are generally cowards so if we became so aware as to distinguish the evil people and to separate them we can progress humanity much better and more effectively. I dont mwan3those in jails who are evilx they are just the obvious and violent ones. These ones are far more sinister in their deviance and their wishes for you and i.

I'm going to guess a pretty much immediate cut in fuel duty, followed by maybe a drop in income tax, or more likely a reduction in VAT.
