My country always had problems with dengue fever. Because of that, we're educated in the schools about how to avoid proliferation since we're toddlers. Aedes Aegypti are no joke!

My friend used, Avon Skin So Soft for her dogs ears to repel flying insects, it actually works
Its the only thing that works for me... but didn't know if it was safe for pets..

I've used Avon Skin So Soft (regular). It worked well. If I used Off spray it turned my skin red as if I had a sunburn.
Hi Dr. Jen. Summertime in South Italy can be a challenge concerning mosquitoes. We have a natural stone quarry that fills up with rain water which homes a frog but all of the mosquitoes aren't eaten by it. A few escape the geckos also. Inside the house, plug in mosquito repellants are a necessity. Outside, citronella candles and mosquito repellant coils are placed strategically. Long sleeved loose clothing and mosquito repellant spray, Autan, help. In the bedrooms, a ventilating fan helps. After looking at your video, I'll definitely have my husband empty the store quarry. I usually do it, but spinal disc decompression surgery has me waylaid for a minute. Thanks for the info Dr. Jen.
My gma also put dryer sheets in our pockets and wiped us down with fabric softner

Good info Dr. Jen and don't have problems with mosquitos due to acidic blood type, but when I was going up the Mississippi in the evening clouds of mosquitos would come out and anyone out on deck for lookout or watch would have to have long sleeves on and sprayed with Off!
