Hi Aaron this video is gorgeous, I loved it. You should put together a video of all the different gardens of this summer season. Different areas last such a short time; the tulips were spectacular this year. Great job Laura!!!
So enjoyable. Sitting here thinking of all the areas I can turn in to flower beds. The possibilities are endless. All of a sudden 5 acres doesn't feel big enough!!!
I just got done messing around with my early spring bulbs that my neighbor gave me a few years back. I just shoved them in the ground until I had a specific place for them. This year is my first dealing with them as far as digging and separating and I love it so far. It’s almost therapeutic! On my birthday this month, I visited a famous garden in my home state on Virginia called Agecroft Hall and by coincidence the lead gardener was pulling up tulips to get ready for summer annuals and she gave me hundreds of bulbs for free so I’m excited to learn how to process them come fall! REALLY looking forward to the Cafe Noir Tulips after seeing your underplanted urn area. I wish I could show you pictures of all the projects you and Aaron have inspired me to start in my landscape! Love y’all! 🥰 I’m totally addicted

I have been redoing old flower beds and creating new ones with your guidelines in mind. they are looking better than ever before.Will a Video of before and after of Lily Bulbs - Orientals, Trumpets, Asiatic Lilies, like the Tulip/Daffodil Bulbs in the works? I was using my Auger with DeWalt drill last night planting Lilies bulbs. Works wonderful and quick job done quick. Have a wonderful blessed day!

I'm pretty sure they ordered from Colorblends.com - a company I've ordered from for years now and ADORE. I recognize the blends, the bags, and the tags. It's so fun when the order comes - the crate is always topped with Dutch language newspapers!
Because of your videos I purchased a bulb auger for my drill last year, unfortunately I had shingles last fall and didn't get any bulbs planted. This year is going to be a different story (hopefully) and I'm already planning and getting my bulb order ready! Love, love, love your videos!!!! This was absolutely beautiful!
@@gidget8717 Thank you so much and YES having shingles is awful, I still have pain and numbness from that. If you haven't gotten your shingles shots (2 are required now, second one 2-6 months after the first one) I strongly recommend that you get them. They are expensive and not covered by insurance but believe me they are less expensive than the physical therapy, medicines and pain of getting shingles.
@@gidget8717 Yes, I'm still on Gabapentin twice a day... don't know if I'll ever get all of the feeling back in my right hand and forearm. Believe me I feel sooo much better than I did last fall. Thanks for your concern. I've been planting like a madman (madwoman??) this spring and don't plan on letting the shingles stop me. lol

I love, love your garden videos. They are so inspiring, but how do you prevent the squirrels from eating them all? I planted a bunch last year and more than half got eaten by squirrels and rabbits.
I planted over 200 bulbs last year and only 25 or so came up tell me what did I do wrong could it of been squirrels or rabbits that found the buld and ate them?
