You can find it on aliexpress. I don't know what payload they come with, but you can always update it to the latest one...

My injector was working just fine until I accidentally hit update on the switch, now it won’t take the payload

Yes, but you also have to update the switch side.

i accidentally updated my switch it says fatal error..somthing about a bin. i can still get hekete screen but if i hit the fuse payload ...it crashes with that message

You don't need this for OLED. For oled you need to install a mod-chip.
