He also got me a bottle of Habanita by Molinard and I love it too. I don't really wear it out and about because I don't feel like enough people would appreciate it's uniqueness, but I wear it at home for me and my husband to enjoy. Stay healthy and safe!😘

It's got a very vintage powdery rose with a touch of smokiness in it and a little goes a long way. It's got a risque and sexiness vibe and it makes me feel bada$$ when I wear it.
@@Tommelise also, don't try to form your opinion of it from spraying on paper. It stays the same when sprayed on paper, but it changes once it's on the skin. I love how it evolves and morphs into something totally unique. It's one of my favorite nighttime scents and I can still smell it the next morning.
La tosca is definitely beautiful and strong. Almost skretchy but I love it and if you love La tosca try accento overdose it has the same eucalyptus dry down

Nice review. Enjoy your opinion on the Xerjoff fragrances. Regarding NAXOS I can say that the citrus and fresh lavender doesn´t stay until the end. Actually they´re the first things to disappear. On me the Naxos has a sweet tobacco-honey-tonka base.
🤔 On me, the lavender stays through to the dry down but becomes a part of the blend. That’s why it’s important to test Xerjoff on skin, because they use a higher percentage of naturals that react to everyone’s chemistry differently.

Good evening James, Xerjoff can be tricky but you know I first didn't like DSH all that much and after some time I fell in love with it and it remains my favorite brand. I guess our taste changes and who knows, maybe you'll fall in love with some xerjoff perfume in the future:) super glad you enjoyed my video! Fantastic review Yana. I agree with you cruz del sur 1 is not as good as cruz del sur 2. Ceylon sounds good. I never used to be into skanky scents but slowly but surely I am appreciating them lol. It's like at first I could not stand Blue Saphire by Boadicea but everytime I smell it my mind is changing. It is like the more you smell perfumes the more it takes to wow you, and animalic perfumes seem to wow.

As for skanky scents my favorites are Kemi by Kemi Blending Magic and Hamdani by PDM. Sadly both have been discontinued... go figure. In the case of Kemi, Sergio Momo has dropped the whole line. The ouds from Sarah Baker very impressive so I may end up just ignoring Xerjoff.
I have More than Words and Alexandria II- both r exceptional. MTWs has a bit more oud. Alexandria II is more resinous/amber. Both r mysterious, darker scents for colder weather. Too much for the heat.
Oh god, I have samples of both Oesel and Alexandria II and am horrified by how widely thrown the 'unisex' rope is. As a woman who loves masculine scents these two just made NO SENSE to me. I can't visualise the kind of woman who would choose these fragrances above all others on the market and just coo over how magnificent they are. They're weird in the 'bad weird' way, but I've read many reviews of men calling Alexandria II a 'masterpiece'. I'm laughing to imagine the phantom woman who actually adores these 'unisex' scents and calling them 'compliment magnets'. Seriously?! Could such a human exist?! If any woman reading this comment LOVES those two fragrances, please do leave a comment and end this frustrating mystery for me. Thank you and cheers for this video, always fun ;)
I have Save Me and I'm falling in love with it. I find it very unique and sophisticated. The middle and bottom notes stay a long time with me. This perfume made me discover Xerjoff (becoming a fan). Please know that I'm a complete novice in reviewing perfumes. I'm just posing here because I also want Tommelise to review Save me, and I want to know what others think.
What does skanky mean in your country, as i think it may have a different meaning in the UK. I've also heard the term on YS and Canadian perfume videos too
Yes! Haha, same goes with the word 'seedy': in Australia you could feel seedy if you're feeling tender and hungover the morning after a big night out but in the UK, that word used in that context confuses people. I love cultural colloquialisms. Let's not even talk about the definition of 'pants' in the UK vs Australia. :D
I kinda struggle with Xerjoff, a few ones I smelt weren't that good (IMO at least), but some others were just stunning. I actually adore the Kemi line created by Sergio Momo too! Ceylon sounds right up my alley!
Have you tried the new Symphonium Parfum? Because I'm pretty certain it's going to blow your mind! Maybe the best gourmand on the market. It's that good. My bottle is on the way. =)
All I'm saying is I cant stand "more than words" by xerjoff. It a super dry rose fragrance and its super cloying to me. It last FOREVER and I had to hid my sample deep in my closet in a box because my whole room started to smell like it. Oh for a request you should check out porpora by tiziana terenzi.
I own many Xerjoff's, the popular ones touted on RUclips. I collected them early in my fragrance hobby when I bought into much of the hype. .Naxos, More than Words, Kobe and a few others. To me they are overpriced and over hyped.
Xerjoff provides the whole package and definitely worth the prices, compared to some other niche and even designer houses. Their pricing is fair considering their quality of ingredients + packaging. I do get that some fragrances may not speak to everyone and therefore seems subjectively overpriced.
Alexandria 2 is the most over hyped scent there is. Its average at best, average projection average scent, i baught it blindly an regret it. Mfk oud satin( smooth) mood is way better , xerjoff more than words is better then alexandria 2 , way more projection an longevity way more complex an way more complimented and enjoyable to wear ... there i said it , finally someone had the balls to say it

Erba Pura is one of my all time fave scents! Love it!
La Tosca is my favorite! It's such a beautiful scent and my husband always tells me I smell amazing when I wear it 😊

I really love Mefisto. It's a favorite in the Summer! 40 Knotts, Nio and Alexandria ii are others I like.
