Totally agree. Stephen Sinatra’s book is essential reading for anyone with cardiac related concerns. I was diagnosed with three heart problems three years ago. The cardiologists were disinterested & uninformed about anything outside of the Pharma drugs. If you need the drugs they are indeed life savers. But there is so much more you can do in addition, to help your cardiac function. I bought this book & learnt so much. Immediately started following Dr. Sinatra’s advice for supplements. Three years on my Cardiologist is surprised by my improvement at every check up. Still refuses any discussion about supplements! She even forbade me to take Q10! I follow Dr. Sinatra’s regime religiously & have never felt better. BP excellent. Energy great. Recently the Cardiologist stopped my Ramipril as no longer needed. Bisoprolol now lowest dose possible! I also take Aged Garlic which helps with BP. And Berberine. Plus, have been Earthing (10 hours a day) for nearly two years & that helps everything. Dr. Story, please could you do a video on Earthing? Thanks for your great videos.
I echo the request for an earthing/grounding video. I've been using grounding mats when I sleep and when I'm on my electronic devices for two or three months now. Have never slept better. Also useful are blue light blocking glasses for screen use.
It's indeed a great book. Dr Sinatra's essential trio (CoQ10, L-Carnitine and D-Ribose) has definitely improved my overall health and lessened both my A-Fib burden & ectopic beats. After my disappointing experience with catheter ablation (6 months after my second procedure my lone A-Fib returned), I have now minimized my medication (currently only on 125 mg Disopyramide per day) and have no limitations regarding exercise (I am really glad for this since I want to live an active life). Regardless of what, I am really grateful for the teaching of Dr Sinatra, Dr Sanjay Gupta, Dr Story and several other key people, since I would not had the quality of life I have today without them.
Got the Sinatra book on kindle, reddit yesterday, made notes. Given up Amlopidine for three weeks. Uneasy taking it. And research shows only 7 mmHG average decrease. You say I have to “put in the work”. Doing that. I am 77.
Will CoQ10 interfere with taking Warfarin? My blood pressure lately has been averaging 112/55, I am also 80 years old. I took CoQ10 for several years but I am not taking it now.

Okay, I checked… my library has book on order.
Very interested in this supplement, but the link isn’t working.
So, does this book tell one how to get the arteries clean and unclogged? That's the biggest problem.
