- In this episode of Getting the Most I discuss LiPo battery break in using a technique that has proven to give consistent results utilizing advice and information from battery manufacturers.
Batteries are an expensive item with a limited lifespan... good break in is important!

Good video. Worth mentioning if you agree that in between flying days it’s good practice as well to store batteries at storage value of 3.80V per cell. 👍

I find IR varies based on temp, a warmer battery has lower IR and performs better. Id like to see a discharge curve from a new battery vs a broken in battery to see if the average voltage is higher during the discharge period.

What do you do after flights. Store as is or put a storage charge on them. I’m new to electric helis.
Good video, I kinda stopped paying real attention to battery break in , I might need to reinstate the process.

On a sidenote may I suggest a better mic setup for the workshop-table sections.
I need to increase my level , to then getting hammered on the close up sections.
How to handle the spark when you plug in the batteries? The ESC's that I have don't have an anti spark option.
