Me too, but it seems tgat at the fourth iteration they have a better game: It could be a minor thing, but threats with symbol different that just "saves" are a blast!
The bad thing is I have entirely too much United gameplay with only X-men United, however I already know I’m going all in on this one. Potentially getting everything.
Honestly I feel this, I didn't get into marvel United but I played the xmen coz they are the only thing I love in marvel however DC man I'm gonna get everything hahaha

Yeah, looking thru the X-Men rule book it identifies the cards with abilities as "Special Effects". Like Wonder Woman's Invisible Jet. So, at that time Batman had 3 special effects and Wonder Woman had 1.
Thank you both! I'm with you in that I already have so much United content, with more on the way with Multiverse delivering soon, but I like that each campaign adds some more gameplay changes and the equipment seems interesting
With the addition of special powers and items, it seems that the heroes get increasingly powerful. Is it safe to say that also the villains in this set are more difficult to beat than in the original Marvel United, to balance things out? Would backwards compatibility become an issue then? I see heroes from season 1 having a though time versus Joker or Darkseid. And vice versa, using a hero from DC versus Red Skull or Ultron would be a breeze. Looking forward to your opinions.
