here, the line "L" is connected directly to all the SPDT also with a SPST switch, so how can u control the all rooms lights by the SPST? its imposible to control all the lights by the SPST switch of the wiring diagram because of the line is directly connected to all SPDT switches...

Yes sir, the L1 from master switch gives light or power the rest: meaning the L1 from master goes to the com of others

The SPST in your circuit is useless, therefore it is also useless putting those SPDT in each lamp. What a waste of resources.
