- Tjintah and Minggu (10 months old) came up to the window. Minggu was very curious and seemed to love to see her own reflection on my camera. Afterwards she played and fell asleep in mommy her arms. Hope you'll enjoy the video as I did when I saw them!

What a darling Ginger !!! Her eyes are beautiful, and extremely gentle. And her « hair style » is definitely a great piece of art ( probably invented by a star hairdresser). This little girl with her sweet mum are definitely « my cup of tea ». God bless them.

She is with Mum , and that’s a blessing in this age of infant orangutans who are too often sold as exotic pets. I noticed she is really curious about what’s on the other side of that glass!!

Momma & baby are just too cute....I love how in the beginning baby's away from momma being a lil curious George momma being the most loving, patient and very overprotective mamacita that she is ....(to me)let's her lil sweetie see what's going on with the other side of her world while mama grooms and keeps an eye on her energetic toddler!!!😍🥰😘(love how mama real quick like licks her grooming fingers almost like shes going to be counting $( 0:18)or playing cards, lol such good ,patient moms constantly keep up with baby no matter what always hands on always there even when they eat....(need to send video footage to parenting classes of how our closest relative interacts with baby ,child,juvenile stages just the amount of patients alone will qualify them for the job of teaching alot of humans (not all -lots of good moms and dads out there that deserve credit for being such good parents)how to take care of their babies through different stages of life. ...ok enough said too much yapping now to get back to more watching!!!🤐😍comment by Stefanie Perez

Minggu is so adorable. I love orangutans. But I can't give approval always because they are in a zoo and not in the wild.
Depends on how the zoo treats them, they seem pretty happy. And they are also much safer here
Oh my gosh on 2:26/2:27 minguu tries to interrupt her mamas grooming session by pushing her hand away ...mamamakes the coolest facial expressions like saying "aye yayaya little girl we have to get you washed up for the day...stop making it difficult!reminds me of my childhood and the countless times I've see lots of mommas including mine getting slightly annoyed with the child/(me)lol for making their parenting routine harder and longer than it should be(this was an extremely mild case since minguu is a total sweetie pie and a good lil girl!!just had some childhood flashbacks and being that I'm hispanic/chicana families like mine tend have a flair for the dramatics and driving the parental figures batty(oh wait that pretty much every kiddo) anyway nice clip thank you....comment by Stefanie Perez

I think this is an old video but I never get tired of watching Minggu rockin' her fabulous hairstyle!! Sure it would be nicer if they were in the rain forest but they're not so let's just enjoy them while we can. (Maybe we should all chip in and buy her some hair conditioner, lol.)

Happy New Year! Thanks! We are doing fine, thanks for asking 🥰! In the video I posted before this one you can see how Tjintah and Minggu looked into the stroller. A friend of mine captured a little bit of it and it's in the video. Very special for me :)!

Although I love seeing videos of orangutans, I think they should live in the wild unless they are physically unable to survive there.

The others were in other enclosures. They did not want to go outside because it was a very cold and rainy day so they played inside.

There is nothing cute in keeping the animals which are meant to be in Jungles hostage as a show piece in the zoo.Only privileged people can find it cute who doesn't understands what it means to take the freedom from these little ones and for the matter of fact her Mama who has suffered all her life in captivity..Hope world can get a little bit more educated !
