Hi Espen. Great Test again from your norwegian tech forest. Thanks for your enthusiastic and realistic tests. I wrote a long comment two hours ago but now it is completly lost after editing. I don't know why. So again... Insta has good image quality and stabilisation. Edge sharpening is not heavily overprocessed like with DJI Action. I would like to have even a bit less sharpening but it is okay for me. Audio is a bit flat compared to Sony X3000 but your voice is clear. It's also okay. Imo it is the best actual action cam with regard to image quality, audio and stabilization right out of camera. Sony X3000 has better natural image quality and better audio. Hardware stabilization is more natural but it is not super Smooth steady like digital or gimbal (still enough for me) as we know. Go Pro has even less sharpening but the image is very soft, too dark, too warm, too contrasty. Your face looks soft and out of focus too. Audio is less flat, but also less clear. It is muffled. I don't like this too. Lovely greetings from Hannover ...the city of pure X3000 lovers :-)🎉
Glad you are liking the Cam B more... the features are getting even better with camera B mark 2 How do you feel vlogging at this distance away ? amazing video as usual ;)
Yeah camera B is much better, can wait to test camera B mark 2😀. Just find vlogging at this distance. But would be nice to have it a little closer. Im glad you like it my friend. Struggle a little for a few days with making videos, needed a little time off
Hi Espen. I waited for your video. I like Go Pro look because I used 3 years Hero 10. Insta wins that comparison 😊in good light conditions Go Pro looked stunning. I think Go Pro look is more natural but Insta is a better camera a specially with low light conditions 😊greetings to you
Hi Rafal😀, reading your comments is always great. Your support means a lot. In good light Gopro looks good, but for me that dont work. Insta360 and Dji are much better. Have a wonderful day my friend 👍
Both cameras have an annoying flickering in the sky behind the tree branches, it's worse on the Ace Pro and one of the reasons I returned mine. Would have liked to try the AP2 but it's not available anywhere.
@@EspenJohan Agree it's better overall. Not a factor for you but for me mounting the camera on my helmet the size and weight of the Ace Pro is a big negative, the Action 5 being the smallest and lightest is a plus. I'd love to see Insta 360 do an action sports specific model without the flip screen to save size and weight.
Hi Espen, today I get my OA5. I have a question. I also asked DJI team and they made me sure that my camera is waterproof, because I can just little bot move usb door and I can see very thin gap. I am worry about it once i put my DJI to water. As I mentioned they made me sure that is ok because I sent them picture, No red lines see. Can you have experience with that?
Hi Rafal, congrats on the A5. I see some people saying the same. My door move a little, but im not worried about it. I cant see the red water seal, so it should be ok. Dont think you should be worried about it. Ask if dji could send you a new door. Maybe they will, cost free.
I think its between the Dji Action 5 pro vs Insta360 Ace pro 2. GoPro hasn't been relivant for sometime. They did try with this 13, but not good enough to talk about to be honest. That being said, the Insta360 ace 2 doesn't focus close for vlogging and facial features seem to blow out, so Dji for the win IMO

Hi😀, reading your comments is always interesting and very detailed 👍. For me the Ace pro is a better camera then Gopro. Just better quality and more natural, Gopro has done nothing with the hero 13. But I still love my x3000. Have a wonderful weekend my friend😀
@@EspenJohan Hi Espen, i really like your channel because i also love comparing tech stuff at home and also with regard to RUclips reviews. I learned that new is not always better e.g. Sony XM4 In Ears are still the best sounding In Ears. LDAC in 990 Mode via Sony App makes a big difference. The newer XM5 are 30-40% smaller (customers want it) but regarding sound to shrink things could be a problem regarding sound physics. The older XM4 sound amazing natural and truly full bodied with amazing bass. No other In Ear sound that engangig imo. By the way starting at about 18 years ago i was working 6 years for Sony as a sales repreentative for TV, Cybershot, DSLR, Camcorder and Hifi. I had numerous trainings regarding technology and i also did hifi presentations at customers. I love Sony products since my childhood. Yesterday i was further watching some kinda "real" looking reviews regarding Insta Ace Pro. I found a big problem which can't be seen in your review because you are maybe using a selfie stick. But in other reviews it is very obvious. When hand held and closer the face seems a bit out of focus in other reviews. Background is sharp (because small sensor) but the face is not perfect focussed. That might be also a problem with other action cams because of fixed focus. This is not the Case with X3000 even when holding it even closer to the face. But I also read that the X3000 can get a similar problem when using it in the heat and some glue could loose its fitting and change something with the focus. We used it in thailand several times at high temperatures and it never overheats and we don't have that focus problem. Keep on testing! Great channel!
@@FernSprung Camera, tech and outdoor activities are my passion and something I love. I'm not a pro, but like to do it my way. I have seen too many over polished tests and reviews. They are not credible. You are also absolutely right, the newest is not necessarily the best. Many people unnecessarily buy products they don't need, and many upgrade and think everything will be so much better. I understand well that you like Sony products, especially since you have worked there. Just wish Sony had come out with a new action/vlog camera. As for Ace Pro, it has a close focus issue. That's why I use a selfie stick, about 40-50 cm from me. Then it delivers well. Have a nice weekend, greetings from Norway
Espen - these side-by-side blind tests are absolutely brilliant. No room for fudging or fakery. The truth will out. Great work
Mike my friend im so glad when I read your positive comments. This is all real👍

great video as always Espen, but this was an easy one for me especially when that light went low ;)
Thanks 😀, yeah a clear winner👍

THUMBS UP. Maybe next time you test camera in the city.
You are right, I need to challenge myself vlogging and filming in public

There are some flickering, but ace pro is overall action better camera.

I do agree👍, Dji and Insta360 are running the show. Gopro is not relevant anymore. But Gopro looks good in perfect light conditions👍
On n'a toujours pas l'ace pro 2🤪🔫
Gopro inc bourse : 1,25 usd ̀
Ace Pro 2 will soon come, I hope 😀
