Thank you for so many wonderful tunes! I've learned the real names to lots of songs that were floating around in my head. I'm a button accordion player who is going to practice your excellent work! I know some won't work, but many songs will ! Thanks for your inspiration ! I will love these tunes as much as I can tell you do ! Tks....Harry Eddy 🎩
Very nice. We usually play that faster but it sounds good as a schottische. The piano is identical to the Bell piano I grew up with, and my mother grew up with.
I have always preferred it as a schottische. Our piano is a Beckwith concert grand from the early 20th century, and has been in my family for almost 70 years.
My facetious reply would be "by turning the pegs"... But I think what you really want to know is the pitch of the strings. ...lol... I tune to standard pitch, 440 A, and in fifths, G D A E. I occasionally cross-tune for special pieces, though.
You folks are awesome! I enjoy your music. There is nothing better.
Thank you! You can tell we enjoy playing these tunes.
Beautiful just love it
Thanks! Glad you like it!
Love it!! I always played this as reel but I going to change that right away.
Glad to help! I have always preferred it as a schottische.
I will use this for my dance instruction here in the Ottawa Valley. Thank you very much.
It is a great tune for the schottische. Glad my music could be of help with your dancers!

HI! I am a fiddler also! I don't know this one.
I heard it all the time back in the sixties in California.
How is your fiddle tuned?
