    This is so cool! I have a couple wok's one is a non-stick one that has that black junk on it that's falling off. And the other is a stainless steel one that's super heavy. I use the other one because it's so much lighter and easier to handle.

    • @PhongFoodieAdventure
      @PhongFoodieAdventure  6 месяцев назад

      Yup i know what you mean. It's much lighter and easier on the wrist. I still own both type 😀

    Hey Phong! This video came in just in time. I’m getting a Wok for Christmas after waiting for far too long for one! As usual, another great, helpful video❤ also, when I was in the live I asked were you on Instagram? I’m trying to connect and really get into socializing with my peers of similar interests. 2:25 Thankyou for this tutorial! 🌻

      Hi!!! Thanks for joining the live tonight! I'm waiting for RUclips to release the live comments so I can go back to read all the comments & questions. Sorry, It was really hard to keep up with the comments because it was a co-stream and I know we went kinda off topic... I didn't expect that many people join. To answer your question, I'm only using RUclips right now, but if I start an Instagram I'll let you know.
      Carbon Steel Woks are really fun to cook in! It's like a cast iron and gets better and better over time. I still use my nonstick pans, but only for certain things. They can't handle high heat like wok does.
