- In this chapter we learn so much more about not only the Heily but Morena herself. She's posing to be a far more powerful and important character. I love the continuation of this mafia war and I'm excited to see whats to come. As always I highly recommend you read for yourself especially if it's a lengthy one like this.

Knowing how insane and dangerous Morena is, Chrollo definitely will have to deal with her first before dealing with Hisoka. So we're going to see an all out war with Chrollo and the spiders vs Morena and her army. Hopefully a one and one fight with Chrollo vs Morena.
Okay but scary as her ability is wouldnt a nen battle between her and Chrollo (or any strong spider) be an overwhelming steamroll? They have way more experience and better abilities for a one on one, it would be anti climatic

@@misters6749 The whole point of her character (in my opinion) is that she’s not dangerous because of her nen ability- but because of her *strategy*
She might be easy to defeat in combat, but defeating her strategy to insight chaos is almost impossible as efforts to stop her can only make the black whale more dangerous
I like her. So I support her.

Still a lot of building up for the arc. The payoff is gonna be insane for this arc more so than even the chimera ant arc with the moving pieces.
Hope we can get one small scene with kurapika soon to just see how's he doing. Really feels like everything upstairs has stopped moving in a sense. I'd like to see what's happening before hisoka goes up to level 1 and the game starts getting more players like the spiders.

@Deez The ant arc best one so far there lot of characters development with Gon, Netero and meruem. Brought out the character growth sense the feel with Gon as became dark. And meruem was showing a human side.

You know the funny thing is that whole trip has for goal to discover the dark continent , but no body seems to remember that , and with all what's going on here I will surprised if somebody make it alive there . Anyway I am absolutely enjoying this more than Morena herself.
You did an excellent breakdown of the political intrigue of this chapter on 13:00 and onwards.
It was definitely a bit difficult to wrap my head such a text heavy chapter, but you made it quite easy to understand the sheer scope of the chaos we could get into in the other chapters.

The girl with the vacuum is the next spider member to die. I remember there being the fortune thing they were given back in the York New arc where the members predicted to die did.
Room C is where Hinrigh put the cam cat at. Its in C-31 hallway so next chapter would be a fight between hinrigh vs morena's goons it can be Clash part 3..

Henrigh is turning out to be my favorite mafioso so far and a fav of this arc. Not only does he back up his bravado, but he's exhibited fantastic coordination with others, showing excellent strategizing with the troupe and with nen in general. I hope that if his faction has a downfall, that he will be salvaged or even recruited by the hunter's association or troupe by the end. I can't wait to see Kenny's abilities if he's on Henrigh's level in utility and strategy.

They are some contract and especifics when It comes to NEN, Morena Nen is kinda broken, it's not possible for one to ADD Random people in na Nen contract.
Benjamin can recruit more Man and add to his Nen?!? (Benjamin Batton) this restriction work on morena to. I think that Morena is trickking his own crew.
Her Nen is an parasite that Robb people's aura, symbiotic type since it's awakenning they Hatsu Nen thou kills, but It's bond to be more manipulation thing, rather than a "gift". Reaching lvl 99-100 way have another Consequences. How can a Kiss could gain TSERRI Old Friends Loyalt?! There are somethings missing, Morena don't seems to be in rush neither

this might be a tangeant but i still think illumi is really hisoka. When we last see illumi he asks for a shower and when we see hisoka his hair is down. The only time we ever see hisokas hair down is right after he takes a shower/ bathes
Really nice review thank you ! Also just a very random thought that just came up rn and is very unlikely but what do you think of the idea of Gyro being on the ship. Like that would be really nice for him to appear in some type of way also but imagine the possibilities if he was. I would love if togashi makes him the finale boss or some crazy idea. The way togashi made his whole entire character is very interesting, he has to come into play at some point
tbh if Gyro does end up showing up he'll be in meteor city, since that's where Welfin has gone looking for him, it'll likely be that Gyro has set up some strings while the Spider are busy on the boat----honestly, what I expect the final arc to be is a split between Dark Continent moments and a war between Gyro's forces and Paristons chimera ants, maybe they'll even be on the same side.

In terms of Morena's game the troupe would be like lvl 95 or something. These stock nen users are jokes, probably have to be lvl 50 to last more than four seconds TBH. They're still regular people. That dude Castro from Heaven's arena can proabably work over a lot of these guys.

Chimera Ants have a pretty clear goal of perpetrating their species. Morena is going in the exact opposite direction.

I mean think about what they have lost very valuable members who's nen abilities where a very valuable like imagine the work these guys can do with her type of ability no only that they kill all the time imagine each phantom troupe with two nen abilities:0 not only that at level 100 things get really interesting I hope Lucifer see this potential. The trope can become a whole circus with her on the squad but I understand why they might not wanna goes this route
She won’t because they made it pretty clear they are NOT about nonsensical violence/destruction. They are not good/moral people, but their bad deeds at the very least have a selfish purpose. Also they wouldn’t be okay with having the world fall into chaos because they care and protect meteor city
She would be a super useful member but her goals don't align with the troupe, so it's unlikely.
Hey man, no offense but I think you may be reading into some things a little too much. In the series Togashi constantly establishes useless characters & information to give the world more depth. I love hearing your thoughts but not everything in HxH is meant to be explored
