For the past few years, I have been keenly interested in the world of Spiritualism which has led me to connect with some great minds. This episode is with one of those great minds, Palga Rinpoche who helped me learn about meditation, mantras, and spirituality.
Chokyong Palga Rinpoche was born in a small village in Ladakh and was recognized as the reincarnation of the Chokyong Palga line of tulkus. He entered into the monkhood at a very young age and later on left the monkhood to pursue money-oriented goals in Europe. He soon found the worthlessness of the material world and went back to monkhood and continued his journey thereafter.
In this episode, we touched on a lot of spiritual topics such as Tara Maa and the significance of Maa in our lives, the reality of Mount Kailash, Relationships, and much more.
Episodes like these give me a lot of joy because I'm able to give out precious knowledge to my audience. I hope you enjoy this episode and learn the spiritual aspects that are there in all of our lives. Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments!

Tibetan religion says Mt.Kailash is the pathway to heaven which they call it "Shangri-La or Shambala"

Shangrila or shambhala are different from kailasha.

It is the birthplace of kalki. And you're correct about it being utopian land where there's no misery. It has sukham sukham. People are said to be full of dharma.
But it's inaccessible to anyone through physical realm.
It is said that people can reach there through spiritual penance.
The physical existence of the realm shall be questioned.
We don't know whether Shambhala exists in physical reality or not.
It could exist in spiritual reality, spiritual reality can have N number of existencial possibility.
According to geography, Shangri-La or Shambhala is supposed to be in valleys of Himalayan mountains. Surrounded by Himalayan range of mountains, it's supposed to be hidden.
More like Tibet.
The physical existence of Shambhala based on geographical description, would be in or around Tibet.
But, based on description of spirituality and development, I am not sure whether Tibet is Shangri-La.
Cause Shangri-La is supposed to be independent from foreign interventions, whereas Tibet is under control of china.
Secondly eventhough Tibet is spiritually elevated, it's still noway close to development and millitary power of Shambhala.
Maybe in future, Tibet might get independent and develop themselves further enough to match the standards of Shambhala.
Currently no location, region, nation or country matches the spiritual defination of shambhala.
Geographically it can be Tibet.

@@aravdhabarde123 see if you see the whole podcast, rinpoche said that buddha(in this case siddharta gautama) has gave many deep teachings that few people decoded and few didn't (because of their past karma).. The presence of supreme is always there the names are different.. Hindus call it shiva, tibetan buddhist monks call it chakrasambhara.. Etc.. And 60% buddhist teachings and researches were lost due to many invasions eg- Nalanda and Vikramshila.. I personally feel What rinpoche said here is very minimal..

There is a story where Narad asked lord Shiva that how many ways are there to attain liberation or self realisation and Shiva said that there are as many ways as there are atoms in our bodies. Some of the ways are adopted by our Marthas because that is how the respective founders or rishis of that Matha obtained nirvana and today in kaliyuga not everyone can find their own way so many of these go and follow the path of the matha they are attracted to the most. So follow what u like the most without harming the sentiment of others.

There are lots of Buddhism retreat centres in Himalayas (himachal Pradesh), where one can go and meditate and learn about Buddhism from them. Many Foreigners come there.. Indians should also grab this opportunity

Visited Sikkim last month for the second time and visited some buddhist monasteries, the cleanliness and peace was outstanding. Some buddhist deities were quite similar to hindu deities.

I am from Nepal and in 2016, I had an opportunity to visit Dolpo, a place known as hidden paradise beyond mountains rich with Tibetan culture and tribe.
Luckily, I had a Tibetan teacher as my beloved friend who shared so many of such stories and one of those were the same u guys are talking here.
It was a fight between a Bodhi guru and Buddhist guru, Melarikpa.
And believe it or not, Melarikpa existed and is supposed to be the only one to climb Mt. Kailash during that fight. Also, there is a cave beside Bagmati river in Pasupatinath Temple, Kathmandu, where he worshipped Lord Shiva. It still exists there.

In hinduism, that line was formed when Ravana rolled down from kailash after he tried to lift kailash on his ten heads. Shiva puts his great toe down which unbalanced Ravana and he rolled down the mountain
